Traveling Nurse (RN)
Job Summary
CK Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Traveling Registered Nurses (RNs) to support healthcare facilities nationwide. Responsibilities
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient progress and document care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions
Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards
Adapt quickly to new environments, workflows, and patient populations
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (compact license preferred)
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience (specialty-specific experience may be required)
Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications preferred)
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and health requirements
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
Willingness and ability to travel for assignments ranging from 8–13+ weeks
